Don’t miss the special Harvest Festival at St. Peter’s Church in Haveringland from 2:30-5:30 p.m. on Sunday 11th September.
Featuring a vintage tractor run from Cawston to Haveringland, children’s activities, band, refreshments and static steam engine display, plus a family service to celebrate the Harvest festival.
Aiming to create a wild flower meadow habitat with mown paths around the church, the first “Haveringland Ground Force Day” will focus on strimming the grass, weeding, trimming trees, removing ivy and shrubs to enable the wild flowers to flourish. Could you help for an hour or two? Or bring suitable gardening equipment? There will be refreshments!
The “Friends of Haveringland Parish Church” will be on site from 9am to 4pm on Saturday 3rd September.
Please contact Nigel on email@example.com or phone 01603 754250 if you can lend a hand.
